EZ Reason #1: Stress-Free Internal Wiring
Thanks to our unique billet machined top and large internal radius, you can pull the wires through our handlebars with ease.
EZ Reason #2: Patented Two-Piece Handlebar Design
This allows us to manufacture our handlebars with a much higher quality surface finish, due to the ease of polishing. Our two-piece design lets us ship our handlebars in a box that’s one-third the size of our competitors. It takes up half the shelf space and makes shipping easier and less expensive. But most importantly, our two-piece handlebar is extremely strong thanks to our two-piece centers that are machined from a solid piece of one-inch steel, with an interlocking v-lock bolt design that is encapsulated by the factory clamping. Our two-piece center is twice as thick as the stock handlebar from the original equipment manufacturer, and our center bolt is a grade 8 bolt with Loctite pre-applied.
EZ Reason #3: Straight Spline Knurling
All of our handlebars are manufactured with a straight spline knurling, which holds much better than the factory Harley Davidson cross-hatch knurling.
EZ Reason #4: Accepts Original Harley Davidson Heated Grips
All of our handlebars are built to accept the original Harley Davidson heated grips, and they are designed to be an original equipment replacement. So, we will use factory clamps and controls without any changes needed.

You can wire and install our handlebars in one-third of the time as our competitors thanks to our uniquely designed top corner that has no weld, giving it a smooth internal corner for pulling wiring through, as well as our two-piece design.
Did we mention they also look really good once they’re on your bike? Our extensive handlebar line includes 1¼-inch and 1½-inch diameter handlebars, ranging from 10 to 16 inches in height. They are available in round, pointed, and flat top styles and in a chrome or gloss black powder-coated finish.
We’ve also made it even easier by offering our handlebars in an EZ install wired version, including a throttle sensor pre-installed. Be sure to check out our installation kits and accessories that we manufacture to extend existing lines, drastically reducing the installation time for a handlebar job. Our handlebar installation kits are designed to work with ABS and non-ABS models without losing any features like heated grips.
